About the Baker

Who am I?   A DIY type of guy who loves everything to do with food. I cure my own pork belly to make bacon and grow my own peppers to make hot sauce (hopefully for sale next summer).  I’ve learned over time I not only get the exact product I want if I do it myself, but it’s often better, and much less expensive than what I would spend in a market.

My baking purpose is to find a dessert I really like, and make it as delicious as possible.  One example of this are my cookies.  I only make 2 kinds, and they aren’t much different, but in my opinion, these might be the best chocolate chip cookies in existence (taste them and tell me i’m wrong).   I hope that they make you feel as happy as they still make me and my family feel after all these years.  Classics are classics for a reason, so my menu has a variety of options, but typically not many flavor variations.

A note on ingredients: I use as few ingredients as possible, with the goal to make my treats with nothing artificial or any preservatives.  The vast majority of everything available is comprised of butter, sugar, eggs, salt and various types of flour.   I wouldn’t say anything is “healthy”, but you can pronounce all of my ingredients.

The menu: As you can likely tell from the above paragraph, I’m very passionate about making something taste great, so all menu items are as listed.  If you have a request for something not listed please let me know.  I don’t make big decorated cakes, but I’m always up for a challenge.  My halloween candy cake made just a few weeks ago was a shocking hit and was added to the menu, so sometimes the best ideas come from surprising places.

Delivery/pickup : For the moment, delivery will be limited to the Mount Laurel, Marlton, Moorestown and Cherry Hill areas.  Mount Laurel pickup is also available, but will have an agreed upon time window which must be met.

Ordering/payment:  Please order online or message me if you have any issues or special requests.

Any orders require 2 days lead time, although you can always message with an urgent request.  I will always be honest if I can meet this request or not.

Since we (I) am just a guy baking in his kitchen, payment is expected when an order is placed.  I don't expect any issues, but life happens, and if I'm unable to meet an order for some reason, I will promptly provide a refund.
